Reading a few blogs here and there I noticed a largely popular trend.
Many people bask in the glory of self pity!! And make their sordid tales and sad sorry lives everybody's business!! SIC.

- Sometimes living a myth, often a reality. Looking away from what simply doesn’t please me. I am my own person. I’d love people to love me but easily I’m not everyone’s favorite but who cares, those who matter still like me. Or is it the other way round? Highly opinionated!! I am one of those who are always in love. If love was a commodity (is it not?), I would undoubtedly consume it the most. I live in my dream world, yet have my feet firmly on the ground. Contradiction? Well, that’s me! I always have a long list of To-Dos, accomplishing much as I go along but I still have a long way to go before I call it a day. But I would hate to cook. I suffer from a compulsive disorder to be "orderly" and clean. I can live on chocolate. I love food but am just not fussy about it as long as it looks good. I constantly need new things to keep me interested. I love talking to myself, specially in the dark. I want to learn to play the piano and ballet. Movie buff! I love to shop. I love big bags and can't carry small ones! I just can't travel light. I have a long way to go before I can call myself successful but i know that I will never be a bygone!!

What's wrong with that my dear? Is a blog sometimes not a diary of a person? We all have curiousity to peek into somebody for some reason.

Well penning down ur thoughts is not what I am averse to. This afterall is amongst the best media to showcase your feelings and voice your opinions. But when these thoughts move in the direction of self pity (with an inner urge to evoke pity elsewhere) is when they become increasingly sordid and that is quite pathetic, atleast in my opinion!
